1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

2. How We Respond to Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:
Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 5 business days.
Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material while we investigate.
Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) that their content has been removed.
Provide the user with a copy of your notice so they may consider filing a counter-notice.
Restore the content only if we receive a valid counter-notice and the required waiting period has passed, or if we determine the content does not infringe.
3. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a written counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the US, the jurisdiction in which gagdata.com is subject to service of legal process), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and, if they do not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the removed material.

All original content on gagdata.com — including our calculator code, written guides, data compilations, and page designs — is protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of our original content is a violation of our Terms of Use and applicable copyright law.
