Use 'New crop / mutation / pet missing after patch' as your reason. Include the item name and any details you've observed in-game (rarity, estimated value, how to obtain it). We update within 12 hours of every Saturday patch — if you're contacting us the same day, it may already be in our update queue.

This usually happens immediately after a patch, while our team is still re-testing. It can also happen if a mutation was applied to the crop that isn't accounted for in the base value calculation. Check the Mutation Calculator to account for multipliers. If the base values still don't match, please report it so we can re-verify.
